Community Branding on Historic Route 66

Project Postcard was a collaborative research project with the Institute for for Quality Communities at The University of Oklahoma. An interdisciplinary design team conducted an intensive 48 hour design program with the collaboration of community participants in the visioning and strategy for the creation of a gateway for the City of Depew, Oklahoma. The results of the charrette were published in a report and the community began immediately to implement the design recommendations. These images represent the design recommendations and concepts and how they were ultimately implemented by the community.
